Most orders ship with in 2-3 business days. Depending on the shipping option you choose the normal delivery time from ordering to delivery is 5-7 days for priority shipping and 3-5 days for express shipping. The average time for APO and FPO delivery is 7-10 days.
We update what we sell. Due to different assembly methods and materials used we do not update ribbons purchased from other companies.

Yes. Updates are made to the original rack. We will use whatever devices and ribbons we can from the original rack to make the new one.
Devices can be updated for the cost of the device: single device - $.75 double device - $1.25 triple device - $1.75 quad device - $2.25 Ribbon Updates – ribbons are rebuilt from the point of the new ribbon to the top of the rack at a cost of $1.85 per ribbon. Ex. If there are 5 ribbons above the new ribbon being added then the cost would be for 6 ribbons at $1.85 ea. If the ribbon is being added to the top row, the entire top row would need to be replaced. Devices are re-used on the new ribbons. Return Shipping - $9.50
It is dependent on the updates required. Sometimes it is not cost effective to update your rack based on the amount of updates and the shipping costs involved. Feel free to contact us or email us with a list or picture of your current rack and what updates are needed and we will give you a quote on updates and a new rack in order for you to decide which is more feasable for you.

Yes, the medallions from the old rack can be used on a new rack. The fabrics and devices will be replaced on the old medallions and incorporated into the new rack.

No, we do not take orders over the phone. We've found through experience too many mistakes are made when the order is placed over the phone.
We only offer Mississippi state ribbons. We do not offer other states due to the sheer number of ribbons involved and the low demand for the ribbons.
